Q) What support is available for the FME Plug-In SDK?

A) We'll gladly answer basic questions (the type of question that you might find on an FAQ such as this) but we are unable to help develop or debug code unless you have signed up for Development Assistance.

The Safe Software web site (http://www.safe.com/services/development/index.php) has a little more information about our Development Assistance services. It is something we generally recommend since the FME Plug-In SDK is a complex tool and all but the most experienced developers will find it difficult to use.
