KMLStyler
From fmepedia
KMLStyler is a Workbench Transformer. Sets the KML style for objects that are passed through.
- Icons
- The [...] button opens an icon selection dialogue, however, these icons are not available in Google Earth. It is recommended to use the kmlIcon_href, kmlIcon_h, kmlIcon_w, kmlIcon_x and kmlIcon_y format attributes.
- Lines
- Lines have a color, opacity and width
- Polygons
- Polygons have an area fill that consists of a color and opacity. Polygon edges have a linestyle, which is taken from the Lines section of the KMLStyler
- Labels
- Labels only appear next to Icons and show the value stored in the kml_name attribute. Setting the label scale to 0 suppresses them in the main Google Earth window but keeps them visible in the Places bar on the left.
Icon, Line and Polygon color can also be set to random, in which case random colors are generated.
