GeoRSS
From fmepedia
GeoRSS is a FME Format.
According to the GeoRSS Home Page (http://www.georss.org/), GeoRSS comes in two encodings, GML and Simple. GML is based on a formal GML profile and has more functionality than Simple (which is a simpler form of GML).
GeoRSS is a format that allows spatial information to be encoded in RSS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS_%28file_format%29) feeds.
FME2007 now includes a GeoRSS reader and writer that supports both encodings as well as different types of feed (Atom and RSS). 2 transformers for handling GeoRSS feeds are also available: the GeoRSSFeatureExtractor and GeoRSSFeatureReplacer.
The current GeoRSS reader can read data in an update mode, to access only features that have changed since the previous read.
