This transformer switches Y and Z coordinates, creating front view on the dataset.

The main purpose of this transformer is to be a visual QC/QA tool. For example, if after the transformation contours don't look like a pile of strictly horizontal non-intersectiong lines, there is an error in the dataset.

The attached example shows the front view of the building outlines after Clipper and 3DClipper transformers.
