This is a very simple transformer. It combines two standard transformers - PenColorSetter and AreaFillColorSetter - into one.

This transformer makes sense only for formats supporting pen and fill colors (like MapInfo or DGN). This transformer won't make any changes to formats like shapefile which don't support color.
