Q) Can FME Objects be used from Java? Is it pure Java?

A) It is possible to use the FME Objects COM interface from an ArcMap VB Macro with FME ESRI Edition or above. If the ESRI Data Interoperability extension is installed make sure it is extended by FME as described in the FME Gettings Started manual.
