Attaching Unattached Annotation
From Fmepedia
Q) What's the easiest way to attach an existing annotation to a particular object in the workspace canvas?
A) One way is to right-click the annotation and choose one of the options to attach to feature type/transformer/constant/link.
However, this involves working through a dialog box with a list of objects that could be quite lengthy in a large workspace. A simpler method - and one that is not very well known - involves choosing the 'attach annotation' option on the object. When the object and an existing piece of annotation are already selected, choosing the attach annotation does not create a new annotation item, but links up the selected two items. So select the annotation and object to connect it to, right-click on either and choose the 'attach annotation' option.

Above: Select the two objects to be attached

Above: Right-click one of the objects and choose attach annotation

Above: Hey Presto! The annotation is automagically attached!
NB: We did consider changing the name of the function from "attach" to "connect", but decided not to because it would have implications in many other places on the GUI.
