AnchoredSnapper

AnchoredSnapper is a Workbench Transformer.

An AnchoredSnapper snaps candidate features to base features if they are within a certain distance of eachother. The difference between the AnchoredSnapper and the normal Snapper is that the base features (i.e. the anchors) are considered to be accurate and consequently do not move.
