2DEllipseReplacer
From Fmepedia
2DEllipseReplacer is a Workbench Transformer.
The 2DEllipseReplacer replaces an object with a 2D ellipse, centered on the coordinates specified for Center X and Center Y. These values can either be set as constants or taken from attributes, the same goes for the primary and secondary axis and rotation.
Note that the primary axis need not be larger than the secondary, however, the rotation angle is always measured from the x axis to the primary axis.
The rotation angle is measured in degrees counterclockwise from horizontal, and measures the rotation of the primary axis from horizontal.
In order to create a circle, enter the same value for primary and secondary axis. This should be the radius of the circle.
Please note that this outputs an arc feature, which is not supported by all output formats and may cause problems in other transformers. You can use an ArcStroker to fix this.
